Once you’ve placed your order at Exotic Wood Zone (‘We’), payment is due in full before an order is shipped. We accept all forms of payment through PayPal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Shop Pay. We want our customers to be comfortable and secure with their payment through these globally accepted payment platforms.
For bulk orders we will send an invoice for payment through PayPal. Shipping takes place on receipt of full payment from our customers.
Exotic Wood Zone strives to ship your packages in a fast and cost-effective manner. We use the UPS and USPS as our primary carriers.
All returns must be received in the same condition as were shipped to you.
No items will be accepted if it has been altered in any way such as cut, turned, planed, damaged or stained.
If you are not satisfied you must notify us within 5 business days after receipt of your material. Please contact us and you may return your order in the same condition it was shipped within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. You can request a full refund on returned merchandise or seek a credit for future purchase.
