Shipping Policy

Expected time of shipping from Store 

All orders are shipped within three business days of your order.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

U.S. Postal Service ('USPS'), UPS or any other carriers who will provide a reasonable shipping rate.

Order Tracking

If a Tracking ID is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

We provide free shipping for orders above $199*.

*This offer is not applicable for lumbers, Live Edges orders and the following delivery locations :

    Back Orders

    If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

     

    Delivery Policy

    Domestic Shipping Policy

    Getting your order on its way is our priority at Exotic Wood Zone (‘Us’ or ‘We’). Orders received by us before 3:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped within three business days if items are in stock. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. will be shipped within three business days from the next business day. Each carrier has a different delivery time and we will share the tracking id with the customer once the order is shipped. Payment is due in full before an order is shipped. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and payment gateways like PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. We strive to ship your packages in a fast and cost-effective manner. We use the USPS and UPS as our carriers. You will be able to select your method of shipping at the time of checkout.

    If items appear to be out of stock then we will contact you and take necessary action to get it shipped as soon as possible and in some cases, we will refund you money and wait till we get the stock. Shipping is an integral part of our business. We understand the demands of our customers and strive to provide the fastest, safest and most economical shipping available.

    Pricing is based on weight, package size and destination. That being said, if customers have a particular preference we can, of course, meet your demands of shipment with a particular carrier. These orders are carefully packaged by hand using cardboard, stretch wrap, filament tape and other packaging materials. We do our best to ensure that your package arrives safely and damage-free.

    Larger orders ship LTL (Less than truckload) freight with common carriers such as Conway or UPS Freight, etc. These orders are stacked on pallets, covered with cardboard, steel banded and wrapped with a stretch wrap for protection. Unless the shipment is scheduled with a lift-gate, the customer is responsible for unloading the shipment; whether that be by hand, using a forklift or another unloading method.

    International Shipping Policy

    Our company is committed to complying with all applicable international trade laws, regulations, and agreements. We ensure that our shipments adhere to import/export controls, customs procedures, and documentation requirements of the countries involved in the shipping process. International Shipments may incur additional customs and/or broker fees at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for such fees.

    We maintain high packaging standards to ensure the safe transportation of our products. All shipments are packaged to protect against moisture, shock and damage during transit.

    We select shipping methods and carriers based on factors such as cost, transit time, reliability and specific requirements for shipping wood-based products. We work with reputable carriers experienced in handling international shipments to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

    The prices are Exclusive of duty if the shipment in outside US

    How soon will my order ship?

    Standard orders of in-stock items typically ship within 3 business days after receiving your order. If we are running a promotion, this shipping time could increase. During a promotion, orders normally ship within 5 business days.

    Expedited shipments will ship the same day or next (business) day depending on what time the order is received. Provided shipping cost for expedited shipping is paid by you.
