Processing & Handling Times

Standard orders of in-stock items are shipped within 3 business days after payment is received.

During promotions or sales, processing time may extend up to 5 business days.

Expedited orders ship the same or next business day (depending on the time the order is placed) when expedited shipping is selected and paid for.

Large orders may be shipped via LTL (Less-than-Truckload) freight carriers such as UPS Freight or Conway. Freight shipments are palletized, secured, and wrapped for protection. Unless a lift-gate service is scheduled, customers are responsible for unloading freight deliveries.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking ID from the carrier. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear online.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $199 within the continental U.S.
Exclusions apply: lumber, live edge slabs, and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international addresses.
Back Orders
If an item is on backorder, we will:

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the full product amount will be refunded to the customer using the original payment method.

If an item cannot be restocked promptly, we will contact you to offer alternatives or issue a refund.
Domestic Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST ship within 3 business days (if in stock).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.
