Arbitration and Class Action Waiver Agreement

Arbitration

By using or purchasing Exotic Wood Zone products or services, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to:

(collectively, “Claims”) will be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Each party is responsible for its own legal fees and expenses unless otherwise required by law.

  • Governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) and Missouri law
