I make Martial Arts Weapons out of North Carolina. These are some that I made from White Ash. They came out super smooth with 100-600 grit paper and are very light. Perfect for training and competition. I have also used East Indian Rosewood from Exotic Wood Zone and they were absolutely Gorgeous!
Worked great for some Christmas projects for my grandkids. They will be painting and gluing ornaments (beads) on the trees.

HAVE NOT HAD A CHANCE TO US IT YET. Just finished it today, was fun but a little punk on the end grain that would not cut out. Out side of that it turned ok.
Defective Spalted Tamarind Bowl Blank- 4" x 4" x 2" (with Pinholes)
This piece of wood has a weird "sealant" on the ends that seaped deep into the wood and effectively means I paid for 2 inches I have to cut off and waste as the ends are effectively tainted.
Peruvian walnut is easy to work with. I used MinWax natural stain and it came out darker than a black walnut box I did earlier. Pretty dark wood.
Great blanks. High quality. They stand behind their products so I can stand out with mine.
