This Pale Moon Ebony originates from South East Asia and is very rare, exotic, and hard to come by. This guitar back and side is unique. This wood is very visually stunning and therefore has the attention of many luthiers with its pale straw color, with darker black streaks throughout. With a uniform grain pattern, this wood is simple to work with. The wood is dense and heavy but its tonewood characters are appealing to many guitar players.
