At Exotic Wood Zone, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


How to Return an Item

  • You may return items within 90 days of purchase.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition and packaging.

  • For Guitar Parts, Hardware, and Strings, items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Email us at info@exoticwoodzone.com (or call us at 314-784-5845) to request a return.

  2. Wait for our approval. We will email you with a prepaid return shipping label and tracking number. ( Do not ship items before receiving our label — this ensures quick and smooth processing )

  3. Print the label, ship your return, and keep the tracking number for your records.

Return Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used, opened, or altered items (e.g., cut, sanded, planed, or finished wood).

  • Custom orders.

  • Guitar Parts, Hardware, and Strings returned after 14 days.

  • Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as ordering by mistake, change of mind, or other similar circumstances. Customers are encouraged to carefully review their order details before completing the purchase.

  • Clearance items, dollar deals, rare second-hand, handmade closeouts, and "as is" products (number listing) are sold as final sales. Due to low prices and limited availability, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

In special cases, exceptions may be made at our discretion. We always aim to work with you to find a fair solution.


Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to returns of Guitar Parts, Hardware, and Strings.

  • We do not offer free return shipping. For all approved returns, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, including courier charges.

  • For order cancellations or product returns not related to our error, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.


Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution to ensure your satisfaction.
